Service Cancellation & Termination Policy
24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any service cancellation. Late cancellations will incur a deduction fee. Termination Rights: The Firm reserves the right to terminate service immediately if:
The family misbehaves or creates an unsafe environment.
Payment schedules are not met.
The home environment is unsuitable for medical care.
Return & Refund Policy
Trial Period: We provide a 1-day trial, charged at the rate of (Monthly Package ÷ 30). Mid-Service Breaks: No refunds will be provided for mid-service breaks or temporary pauses initiated by the family. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only generated if the patient is no longer available to take the service (hospitalization/demise) or in case of proven staff misconduct where a replacement is not possible. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days via the same mode of transaction.
