A. Scope of Service

  • Not a Hospital
    Arogya Wings Health Solutions provides professional home-based healthcare services. We are not a hospital or an emergency medical facility.
  • Emergency Protocol
    In case of a medical emergency, our staff will immediately inform the family and the company. We do not provide emergency transportation. All hospital transfers and medical decisions are the responsibility of the family.
  • No Domestic Work
    Our General Duty Assistants (GDA) and caretakers are strictly assigned for patient care only. They are not permitted to perform household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, or laundry.

B. Medical Equipment Rental Policy

  • Security Deposit
    A security cheque equivalent to the full market value of the rented medical equipment must be submitted prior to delivery.
  • Cheque Return
    The security cheque will be returned after termination of the rental agreement, subject to successful inspection and confirmation that the equipment is undamaged.
  • Rental Payment
    50% of the total rental amount must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
  • Logistics Charges
    All transportation costs related to delivery and pickup of equipment are to be borne by the client/family.

C. Payment & Pricing

  • Fixed Pricing Policy
    All service charges are strictly non-negotiable and are as per the official rate list available on the company website.
  • Payment Schedule
    For long-term services, 50% advance payment is mandatory at the start. The remaining 50% must be paid after 15 days of service.
  • Direct Payment Restriction
    Clients must make all payments directly to the company. Providing cash, tips, gifts, or any form of compensation to staff is strictly prohibited. The company is not liable for any financial transactions made directly with staff members.

D. Staff Conduct & Liability

  • Professional Identity
    All staff members are required to wear the company uniform, carry a valid ID card, and maintain professional behavior, hygiene, and communication standards.
  • Individual Responsibility
    Staff members are personally responsible for any misconduct, including theft, negligence, or inappropriate behavior. The company will cooperate in necessary actions but holds limited liability in such cases.
  • No Direct Hiring Policy
    Clients are strictly prohibited from hiring staff directly. Any violation will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may lead to legal action.
  • Personal Relationships Disclaimer
    Any personal relationship developed between the client/family and staff outside professional duties is at the client’s own risk. The company holds no responsibility in such matters.

E. Clinical Safety & Records

  • Doctor’s Prescription Mandatory
    All nursing services and intensive procedures (including medications, injections, and wound care) will only be performed upon submission of a valid doctor’s prescription.
  • Daily Care Records
    Staff are required to maintain a Daily Care Record (GDA Sheet). Family members must review and sign these records daily. These documents are essential for service tracking and staff salary processing.
  • Medical Supplies Responsibility
    The company does not provide medicines, PPE kits, or hygiene supplies. Families must arrange all necessary items such as gloves, masks, sanitizers, and other medical consumables.
