Home Safety & Quality Assurance
A. Safety of Staff (Especially Female Staff)
- Safe Climate: The family must ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
- Night Shifts: For 24-hour/Night shifts, the family must provide a separate, safe room for the staff to rest during designated breaks.
- Zero Tolerance: Any verbal, physical, or sexual harassment toward staff will result in immediate police reporting and service termination.
B. Family Cooperation
- Understanding Period: Family members must allow at least 2 days for the staff to understand the patient’s specific routine.
- Punctuality: While we enforce strict punctuality for staff (subject to penalties), families must also respect the staff’s shift end times.
Legal Documents (Offline Execution)
- Acceptance of Service Letter: To be signed by the Patient/Attender before Day 1.
- Staff Service Agreement: To be signed by the staff, accepting full legal and clinical liability for their actions.
