A. Safety of Staff (Especially Female Staff)

  • Safe Climate: The family must ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
  • Night Shifts: For 24-hour/Night shifts, the family must provide a separate, safe room for the staff to rest during designated breaks.
  • Zero Tolerance: Any verbal, physical, or sexual harassment toward staff will result in immediate police reporting and service termination.

B. Family Cooperation

  • Understanding Period: Family members must allow at least 2 days for the staff to understand the patient’s specific routine.
  • Punctuality: While we enforce strict punctuality for staff (subject to penalties), families must also respect the staff’s shift end times.

Legal Documents (Offline Execution)

  1. Acceptance of Service Letter: To be signed by the Patient/Attender before Day 1.
  2. Staff Service Agreement: To be signed by the staff, accepting full legal and clinical liability for their actions.
