1. Who will be coming to my home for the procedure?

Only qualified and registered nursing professionals (GNM or B.Sc. Nursing) will visit you.
Every "Arogya Wings" professional undergoes a strict background check and a clinical
competency test before they are sent to a patient’s home

2. Do I need a doctor’s prescription for a home visit?

For clinical procedures like Injections, IV Infusions, Catheterization, and Ryle’s Tube
insertion, a valid doctor’s prescription is mandatory. For basic services like Vitals Monitoring
(BP/SpO2) or general wound hygiene, you do not need a prescription.

3. Is the price list negotiable?

No. To maintain the highest quality of clinical care and ensure fair wages for our nursing staff,
all our charges are fixed and non-negotiable. This transparency ensures every family in Jodhpur
gets the same high standard of care without the need for bargaining.

4. What happens if there is an emergency during a home visit?

Our nurses are trained in Basic Life Support (BLS). If a patient’s condition destabilizes, the
nurse will provide immediate first-aid, stabilize the patient, and coordinate with the family to call
an ambulance for hospital shifting.
Please note: We are a home care firm, not an emergency ER service

5. Do you provide the medicines and surgical tapes?

Our service fee covers only the professional skill and time of the nurse. All consumables
(syringes, catheters, dressing pads, spirit, etc.) must be provided by the family. If you prefer, we
can bring these items at an additional cost (billed at MRP)

6. How do I book a visit?

You can book through our website, via WhatsApp, or by calling our Jodhpur helpline at [Your
Phone Number]. We recommend booking at least 2–3 hours in advance for routine procedures.

7. Do you provide 24-hour nursing?

Yes, we offer both 12-hour (day/night) and 24-hour nursing shifts for critical and post-surgical
patients. Please refer to our "Post-Surgery Care Packages" for long-term requirements.

8. Which areas of Jodhpur do you cover?

We serve all major areas including Sardarpura, Shastri Nagar, Chopasni Housing Board,
Ratanada, Paota, Basni, Madhuban, and Kudi Bhagtasni. Visits to outskirts (beyond 15km from
the city center) may incur a small travel convenience fee
